Royal York Offices: Staff at Dr John’s practice here are exceptional. Dr Jane has a steady but gentle hand, wonderful ‘bedside’ manner; she is caring and strong, but kind; My anxiety over dental work has literally dissipated under her care. Amanda (hygienist) is great; Zodi (assistant & dentist- in-training), Maya & Sue (reception) are all wonderful. The business flows with this coherent team… JM is listed under CDCP – only thing is that you must navigate the (10 +10) = twenty steps – which is not a problem for me.

Dr. John is fabulous. My entire family goes to his practice and have been since they opened years ago. We are always greeted with friendliness and familiarity from all the staff and I’ve never had a bad trip there (thats saying a lot because who likes going to the dentist!!). His staff are top notch, my husband just left raving that for the first time ever he had a dental cleaning with no discomfort at all. We love it here and never feel judged or pressured as we have at other spots in the past. I leave with a big smile, I’ve referred my entire family and they all do too: a big, white and shiny smile at that! They deal directly with insurance and make every appointment hassle free. I get text reminders and can always call or message Dr John if I have an issue. Thank you guys!

After 15 years my dentist moved. JM dental came recommended and I am glad I went there. The staff and very friendly yet professional. Dr. John is wonderful , he makes you feel comfortable and knows what he is doing. My son is 9 and they are so great with him, he never minds getting his teeth cleaned. I have slight dental anxiety and they always make me feel relaxed and safe. I would recommend JM dental to everyone.
